30-day money-back guarantee

Renosaur offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund the amount paid.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at hello@renosaur.app and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Renosaur account or from paddle.net. After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the right of withdrawal in the EU/UK.
